I almost never leave reviews, but this genuinely changed things for me. Chiropractor visits, massages, yoga, lifting weights - nothing worked as fast or as easily as this. Zero discomfort. Bought this to help with the poor posture I get from sitting at a computer most of the day, just to see if it would make a difference.
